Industrial Steam Cleaners - The Benefits of HEPA Filters

Daimer®’s industrial steam cleaners are often equipped with a HEPA filter. HEPA filters, in conjunction with a two-step water filtration process, work at extracting small dirt particles and microorganisms from surfaces.

HEPA filters have many advantages over non-HEPA filter equipped machines:

• HEPA filters trap up to 99.99% of particles not visible to the unaided eye. This ensures complete cleaning and allergen removal, as compared to other much less effective alternatives like manual wiping or dry vacuuming with ordinary vacuum cleaners.

• HEPA filters remove more than dirt particles. They remove harmful allergens, germs, and bacteria floating in the air.

In addition to these filters, Daimer®’s industrial steam cleaners are equipped with other features to tackle the toughest stains and dirt. The KleenJet® Supreme 3000CV, in addition to a HEPA filter, has an adjustable pressure level up to 115 psi and temperature levels as high as 364°F. This machine has a boiler capacity of 5 liters and large water chamber of 4 liters. Like many of Daimer®’s industrial steam cleaners, the 3000CV can be refilled while the machine is in use. This is possible thanks to the non-pressurized refill chamber that links the pressurized boiler to an outside water source.

Many HEPA filter fitted machines are also equipped to deal with gum removal requirements. Chewing gum is a pervasive nuisance even in the most sophisticated public places.Having a gum removal kit with the machine enables the contractor to earn hundreds ofdollars per day eliminating these ugly eyesores.
