Major Features of Industrial Steam Cleaners

Industrial steam cleaners are the most powerful and efficient among steam cleaning machines. Behind these powerful cleaning machines are high temperature levels, reaching up to 386°F in the industry's most advanced series - Daimer®'s KleenJet® series. Many models in Daimer®’s KleenJet® series also include attached vacuums and HEPA filters.

The high output temperature plays a crucial role in the cleaning process. Such high temperature levels melt and dissolve a wide variety of dirt and stains on the surface. However, a high temperature setting is not the only feature industrial steam cleaners have to offer. For example, an attached vacuum is a necessary feature of industrial systems, as simultaneous extraction of dissolved residues greatly increases speed and efficiency.

The following is an overview of a few features offered in Daimer®’s KleenJet® series.

Continuous Refill

Many of Daimer®’s industrial steam cleaners, including the KleenJet® 8485CV are equipped with continuous refill technology, which allows operators to use the machine for longer periods of time without stopping the machine to refill the water chamber. Without this feature, operators must stop to shut down the system, empty and refill the tank, and wait for the water to reheat. With Daimer®’s continuous refill technology, water is placed in a separate tank, which is then dumped into the boiler as needed. Since it mixes with super hot steam within the boiler, there is no need to wait for the water to reheat.

Large Tanks

Industrial steam cleaners have large boiler tanks. These modern machines have tanks with a capacity to hold as much as 14 liters for prolonged periods of cleaning. Industrial steam cleaning machines have large detergent tanks and recovery tanks as well. These tanks are necessary to hold detergent for injection and extracted water and residues, respectively.
